There is one Manager per company. Only the Manager account has permissions to set pricing for all staff.
All other staff member accounts have permissions to set pricing for themselves only.
Pricing can be set in the Services area. In the Staff & Pricing drop down, choose the staff who will perform the service and set the regular price.
On the Pricing page choose the staff and set your demand-based pricing (see Setting Your Demand-Based Pricing). Create times for the services. Click Save.
The manager can also copy the pricing calendar of one staff to another staff. From the pricing page, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Copy this pricing to:" button. A drop down of staff names will display. Chose one and click copy.
