UnBooked is currently integrated with two scheduling software companies: Mindbody and Bizlink. If you are using another scheduling software your appointments coming through UnBooked will not automatically appear in your calendar, you will have to add them manually when you get a new customer appointment email. 


If you are using Mindbody....

Ensure your appointment options settings are configured correctly:

  • Go to Manager Tools>Settings>Appointment Options
  • "Allow Client Booked Appointments" needs to be CHECKED
  • "Require Client Payment for Booked Appointments" needs to be UNCHECKED
  • "Require Gender Preference At Booking" needs to be UNCHECKED
  • "Default Require Resource for Appointment Booking" needs to be UNCHECKED
