WePay (the integrated payment platform we use to process both customer checkouts AND provider direct deposits) will hold your money for you for 14 days after receiving your first customer payment if you do not have your direct deposit set up. If you do not set up your direct deposit within 14 days of receiving your first customer payment, your WePay account will be disabled and your customers will be refunded their payments.
To setup your direct deposit:
- Go to Payment Settings in your UnBooked Account
- Click on the
button
- Login to WePay
(Click here if you do not see the option to login but instead "Pending account cannot be updated; account owner must confirm WePay registration.") - In the "Update WePay Account" area, provide your identification information and click Submit
- Then, enter your bank account information, and select how often you would like to receive your payouts, then click Add Bank:
**If you do not see "Add Bank" button please hit the "Tab" key on your keyboard immediately after selecting "how often should we send your money"
