You can control prepay settings in the "Prepay Requirements" section of the Settings page:

  1. Go to
  2. Scroll down to Prepay Requirements area
  3. UNCHECK the two boxes (1 for New Customers and 1 for Returning Customers)
  4. Click Save


Note: Checking the box next to "New Customers" or "Returning Customers" will require that customer-type to prepay at the time of booking to ensure they are not a no-show or late cancel. Unchecking the box will allow that customer-type to book without paying.
